Eddie Blanton, CCIM, has joined International Note Exchange, LLC as a National Account Representative and Trainer. Blanton, a CCIM since May 2001, has 15 + years in real estate experience. He is well recognized nationally in leadership within the CCIM Organization, where he currently serves as a Regional Vice President, on the Board of Directors and also is the 2011 Member Services Committee Vice-Chair.
Additionally, Blanton was recently announced that he had been selected to participate as a 2011 Cadet in the CCIM Institute’s J.W. Levine Leadership Development Academy with an expected graduation date in October, 2011, at the Institute’s fall meetings in Phoenix, AZ.
Blanton is on the 2011 North Carolina CCIM Chapter’s Board of Directors, where he serves as the 2011 Immediate Past President and just finished up a successful year as the Chapter’s 2010 President. Blanton states “that his 11 years of involvement with the CCIM Organization has provided me with many great contacts from all 50 States and many countries around the world”. He also states that “my history in leadership with the NC-CCIM Chapter and the CCIM Institute will play a big part as we move ahead with our expansion plans with International Note Exchange, LLC”. Blanton has taught real estate related classes annually since 2002, and continues his work mentoring CCIM Institute Candidates preparing their Portfolio’s of Qualifying Experience.
On a local level, he is a volunteer with the Park Sharon Athletic Association, where he has held the position of Athletic Director and continues to serve as a baseball coach today. Blanton is involved with many community and non-profits, some of which are the Victory Junction Camp and the Charlotte, NC Room-In-The-Inn program providing shelter for the homeless.
He is a founding member of the Tradd Commercial Network, and operates the Charlotte, NC Tradd Commercial Real Estate Office as its Owner/Operator. Blanton resides in Charlotte, NC, with his wife Kristin and their son Zachary.
