INE's iNoteExchange program allows Sellers of Commercial Notes to list their Notes and receive maximum market exposure. Buyers of Commercial Notes may access a diverse variety of Note inventories from Banks, Credit Unions, Commercial Real Estate Developers, and other multiple and varied sources. Buyers of Commercial Notes include individuals, Banks, Life Insurance Companies, Hedge Funds, and other domestic and international purchasers.
Registered Sellers will be able to List Notes (Sell a Note) and activate MyNoteExchange to monitor the progress of their Notes Listed. Registered Buyers will be able to view the Listed Inventory of Notes available for purchase (Search and Buy a Note), or specify Notes that meet their investment criteria (My Note Buying Preferences).
iNoteExchange is hosted by professional real estate practitioners who invite the participation of other real estate professionals who register with INE as agents or representatives for their Buyers or Sellers; and INE will honor that relationship and assure the protection of the agent's interests.
